Susan Haslam’s Sell Your Own Property Courses & Property Investment

Susan Haslam has been investing in property for over 15 years including property refurbishment and buy-to-let all around the UK.  In 2010, she started purchasing investment property for overseas buyers for buy-to-let and featured in an article in the South China Morning Post.

Susan’s experience in buying and selling and letting property led to the Sell Your Own Property training course which she now delivers around the country.  The course is taught alongside Wendy Hesmondhalgh, an experienced adult trainer.

Enthusiasm for property is one of Susan’s main drivers.  The training course was developed to help get the property market moving again;  it helps sellers to get their property in a sell-able condition and achieve a saving in selling fees. This saving can offset the drop in some properties we have seen in the last five years

Susan is a member of the Association of Speakers Clubs. She was President of Bolton Speakers Club in 2012/13 and is North Pennine Area Vice President for 2013/14. She also has a very busy home life with three children under six years old.
